Service Support Plans:
Pro-active weekly or bi-weekly scheduled support services aimed at minimizing computer and network downtime. During each visit, a consultant dedicated to your office will address any outstanding support issues, as well as, verify that your existing IT infrastructure is optimized. Plans are reviewed for qualification on a 3-month period.
 
On-Call Support Services:
Consulting hours, phone & email support, conducted on or off site, as needed and requested by client.
 
After Hours Support:
IT Pro Source is available 24/7 to all signed clients.  Urgent calls placed to the main office will be returned typically within 1 hour.  If on-site visit is required, IT Pro Source will attempt to deploy a qualified technician as soon as possible. All travel time per consultant is charged.
 
Projects and Specialized Consulting Services:
Specific planning and consulting services resulting in a significant change in technology, infrastructure or location (includes network design, project planning, research, relocation planning and support, etc.). Project and implementation work is quoted on a time and material basis.  In general, a detailed Statement of Work or proposal will be prepared and will outline the tasks, schedule and costs associated with the project.
